The mission of St. Matthew's is to reach the people of downtown Jersey City with the life-transforming message of Jesus Christ and to integrate them into our growing family. We are a community where people of diverse backgrounds and orientations develop friendships, worship God and grow spiritually. Our aim in spiritual growth is a more loving person, a more caring community, and a better world.
